Account & Data Removal for RedFit

How to Delete Your Data

You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to request deletion:

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Open RedFit and go to Settings

Confirm deletion when prompted

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to operations@rednodestudio.in with the subject line "RedFit Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your RedFit account so we can locate your data.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your account profile (name, email, profile photo)
  • All workout and exercise logs
  • Water intake and hydration records
  • Personal goals and preferences
  • Progress history and streaks
  • AI-generated workout suggestions associated with your account
  • Profile images stored on Cloudinary

What Is Not Affected

  • Your Health Connect data on your device (managed by Android, not by RedFit)
  • Your Google or Apple account
  • Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you

Deletion Timeline

Data deletion is processed within 30 days of your request. During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible. Once deletion is complete, the action is irreversible.
