1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RedFit (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Account Registration

You must sign in using a Google Account or Apple ID to use RedFit. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Pricing

RedFit is completely free to use. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or hidden fees.

4. Health Data Disclaimer

RedFit is a fitness tracking tool and does NOT provide medical advice. The health data, workout suggestions, and AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within RedFit are the intellectual property of RedNodeStudio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RedNodeStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, injury, or health outcomes.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Data Deletion Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
